How We Work
To ensure efficiency, this is how we approach every project.
Research
Before every project regardless of size, getting to know the client, their brand, their customer and their industry is of crucial importance. In fact, we have found that how happy the client is with the initial concept is directly correlated to the research process. Two weeks is usually allocated to research, however this may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the industry in question.
Design
This step begins with the creation of a prototype design. Prototyping involves rapid and collaborative iteration on wire frame concepts, layouts and directions. Once a design concept is agreed on the design team steps in to create high fidelity mockups of the final product. In the design phase, Communication is key.
Development
After designs are finalized, we bring those design mockups to life. This stage can take quite some time as alot of code is written and tested.
Testing
We test the website in many situations ensuring that everything works as expected and acts as expected making improvements in both design and development as we go.
Implementation
After the final product is tested and approval is granted by the client that all is in work- ing order and is as requested, We go live to the web hosting service. Now the world can visit your web address and browse your creation.

The project cost will include the purchasing of stock photos. However, if you require a professional photographer to gather video and photos for the platform, Please let us know. This may come at an added cost.
To design and develop your project there are no monthly fees. However, if you require website management, we do have a monthly fee of $850 – 1250 per month depending on your website traffic and complexity.
New Features also come at an added cost.
In some cases, if your website hosting provider is limiting your available band- width, you may need to upgrade your plan to ensure all users can access your website. Please contact your web hosting provider to query how much band- width is available to you.
