We strongly believe in building and following repeatable processes and systems. This founder will help the team build these processes. This founder will be in charge of the following :
- Head of sales and sales strategy
- Head of marketing and marketing
strategy
- Public relations, Media appearances
- Growing the sales and marketing department

- Ability to explain clearly - Able to present to crowds or high level individuals - Pubic Speaker - Respects business etiquette but knows when its ok to be a little casual ( can read the room ) - Friendly
Innovative Thinker
- Thinks outside of the box - Fast learner
Organized
- Process driven - Able to work under pressure
Experience & Education
Know enough to hold a conversation
- Experience in the software development industry would be an asset - Experience in sales or marketing would be a plus - Computer-literate
Education
- Any Business degree or certificate would be a plus - Any ICT degree or certificate would be a plus
