What we are looking for?
Highly skilled sales and marketing representatives to not only help further secure our dominance in the software development industry but to also be part of a tight-nit team of passionate individuals all working together for a common goal of helping businesses be more productive by created automated software solutions that is easily accessible.
Our approach
2 Month Trial Program
In order to ensure that we have the right people for this task, We are looking for 5 individuals who will be participating in 2 month trial program.
Trial Period
What happens during trial period?
- We will provide you with all the tools you need in order to meet your target (Phone, bus / vehicle allowance, presentations, sales material, etc )
- Trial period compensation will be commission-based only. 10% commission on every sale. Software prices range from $500 - $50,000.
- Depending on the Software sold, commissions may be recurring and passive ( eg. 10% every month ) or one time payment.
While candidates will mostly be working from home, candidates will be acquiring new customers as well as nurturing existing customers via phone, social media, email and occasionally in-person meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
Experience
- Some experience in sales or marketing - Good with computers - Persons with coding experience will be prioritised
Public Speaker
- Must be comfortable meeting people - Firm grasp of the English language - Open to representing the company on tv, radio and other media publications - Well spoken and Great phone etiquette
Education
- Minimum of 5 CXCs
Your Character
- Able to work independently or in a team under pressure - Honest, Mature and responsible - Great time management skills - Ambitious, always wanting more!
Extras
- Driver’s license would be a plus - Candidates with coding experience will be prioritised.
After Trial Period
What happens after trial program ?
Only 2 candidates will be chosen from the trial program. Selected candidates will benefit from :
- Base salary of $1200 + 10% commission ( high value items up to $50, 000 E.C )
- We will provide you with all the tools you need in order to meet your targets (Phone, bus / vehicle allowance, presentations, sales material, etc )
- Opportunity to travel overseas to represent the company.
- Flexible hours
